The End of the World

Ushauia, the city the furthest south in Argentina, and where I enjoied several great days, and many wonderful lamb dinners! Really there is one tiny town in Chile that is further south -- but very hard to get to -- so I won´t be going there.
The town is surrounded by beautiful mountains, one of which has a small glacier. So the main goal in this town is to go hiking and see the glacier. On the way to Ushauia (with Sally) we met 2 new firends Lu and Dave, so the 4 of us hung out in the city and did the hikes together. Before going up the mountain to the glacier we went on a easy hike through the woods. It was great, see the pics below.
Next are pics from our hike up to the glacier. Sally and I are together in and Lu is petting the Saint Bernard.
Ushuaia was a great place to relax. We ate lamb 4 nights of 5 and it was delicious! They are well know for their lamb in this part of the world, and for good reason.
